No. You can enter your hall details manually when creating an event. LodgeLink works fully from day one without your hall being registered on the platform.

Members pay for their tickets securely online through LodgeLink. The money goes directly to your lodge bank account via Stripe — LodgeLink never holds your funds. A transparent 50p platform fee per ticket is shown clearly at checkout.

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch LodgeLink's servers. We are fully GDPR compliant.

Yes. One account can belong to multiple lodges. Members can hold different roles in different lodges — for example Master in one lodge and Member in another.

The first 10 lodges to join LodgeLink get 6 months completely free. No card required. In return we ask for honest feedback and a testimonial. Founding Lodges also receive a permanent Founding Lodge badge in the app.

We offer three plans: Occasional at £99 per year (up to 6 events), Regular Monthly at £29 per month, and Regular Annual at £290 per year (equivalent to 2 months free). All plans include unlimited members and full access to all features.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from Lodge Settings. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

The outgoing Master can transfer the Master role to any member directly from the Members screen. The transfer is confirmed with a modal and recorded in the audit log.

No. LodgeLink is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United Grand Lodge of England.
